Life or Death
No matter what the weather at sea is like even if the sun is shinning down on you and givving you a sun tan on your bathing deck aboard your rib, you should always have the most important saftey item on at all time a "life-jacket/bouyancy-aid".
These simple to use items of saftey may not look good, nore may they feel good, after all they can save your life which is more impotant than gettiing a white mark were you wore your life-jacket or bouyancy-aid.
